Explore use cases for GenAI solutions and support the development of productionized GenAI products. Evaluated web-scraping tools, implemented authenticated SharePoint REST API content retrieval, automated LLM data cleanup via OpenAI API, and researched document parsing solutions. Built and deployed a Docker-containerized full-stack Next.js demo with an AI backend secured by HTTP Basic Auth, hosted on Azure Container Registry and Azure Container Apps to showcase chatbot AI use case to stakeholders. Built RAG chatbot using Haystack 2.0, using built-in parsers to handle different document types, and having fallback web search capability. Explored capabilities and limitations of Microsoft 365 - Copilot and Copilot Studio Agents with default connectors to Outlook, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams. Investigated image and video generation workflows using Replicate or open-source models on a local Mac mini. Engineered an MCP server with an embedded RAG- LLM framework and integrated into Microsoft Teams to evaluate alternative RAG implementations. Conducted analytics on chatbot interaction data to identify trends and inform product improvements.
