I am a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate from Rowan University with a strong passion for problem-solving, hands-on innovation, and computer-aided design. I currently work as a Mechatronics and Robotics Technician II with JLL and Amazon at Amazon fulfillment center LGA9, where I support advanced automation systems in a high-speed fulfillment center as part of the Reliability and Maintenance Engineering (RME) team. Through my academic and internship experience, I’ve developed a strong foundation in mechanical design, robotics, additive manufacturing, and coding languages. I’m skilled in tools like SolidWorks, MATLAB, Simulink, Arduino, C++, and Revit, and have contributed to real-world projects in HVAC design and water treatment asset management. Performed preventive and predictive maintenance on high-speed automated conveyor and sorting systems, including CB4000, AFE, and MRS shipping sorters, ensuring maximum uptime in a high-throughput fulfillment environment. Maintained and troubleshot PLC automated material-handling equipment including SLAM lines, tote stackers, conveyors, induction systems, and ZE511 print-and-apply modules. Utilized CMMS to manage, document, and close out maintenance work orders, track asset performance, and support data-driven reliability improvements across high-speed automated material handling systems. Rebuilt 35+ CB4000 sorter carriers, improving system reliability and increasing package throughput. Actively mentor newer technicians, sharing best practices for troubleshooting, safety, and equipment reliability. Conducted root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring mechanical and electrical faults, implementing corrective actions to eliminate repeat failures and optimize long-term asset performance. Reset motor overload faults within 480 VAC 3-phase motor control cabinets. Collaborated with Automation Engineers to analyze failures involving VFDs. Performed SLAM system calibrations including weight-scale adjustments, label/print alignment, and sensor verification Maintained a safe work environment by enforcing LOTO procedures and NFPA 70E electrical safety standards as a Qualified Electrical Worker (QEW) while communicating effectively with Operations at Amazon LGA9.
