As the Chief Human Resources Officer at COFCO International, I lead the HR function for a global agribusiness company with 12,000 employees in 35 countries. I have been in this role since 2017, after serving as the Group Head of Human Resources at COFCO Agri for two and a half years. With over 20 years of experience in HR and employment law, I have extensive knowledge of European and international labor regulations and practices.
