About

As Innovation Lead and Managing Director of the delta Team at Google Cloud Consulting, I guide an elite team of Google Cloud experts. Our specific remit involves addressing and overcoming the most intricate challenges and substantial implementations transforming global enterprises. The work, naturally, centers on harnessing Google Cloud's exceptional capabilities to drive significant advancements and deliver never-before-implemented solutions to customers' complex business problems. My professional journey, spanning over two decades in the dynamic field of innovation, has consistently revolved around a dual pursuit: enhancing existing structures and conceiving entirely new solutions. This path has included establishing a successful innovation firm, cultivating specialized teams, and developing a wide array of innovation offerings, products, processes, and services. The underlying purpose has always been to furnish C-Suite leaders of notable enterprises with strategic guidance for their most pressing innovation and transformation challenges. A noteworthy chapter involved a key role in the partnership that successfully built and brought Fahrenheit 212 to Capgemini in 2016, after which I helped shape innovation offerings for both Capgemini Invent and frog. Among key contributions are the conceptualization behind the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, a guiding influence on the Samsung Frame TV & Smart TV, a novel reimagining of the claims process for USAA, and the strategic blueprint for a new business model for HP Print. I also contributed to the strategic evolution of DSG, Dunkin', and Best Buy, and played a pivotal role in the innovation team for the successful 2026 World Cup United Bid. My expertise spans Innovation, Transformation, Product Innovation, New Product Development, Consumer Insight, Brand Development, Innovation Strategy, and Innovation Consulting, consistently marked by helping senior leaders see the obvious for the first time.
