Starting to work for my Dad (who ran restaurants and hotels, where I worked in different departments since I was able to run/speak), I was taught to create, execute and cultivate a 'people and business first' mindset and with a strong emphasis on values combined with a sense of optimism and curiosity. Everything I do centres around what customers actually want; being it either serving them with a nice meal or to provide a comfortable accommodation in one of our hotels or, later in my career, to deliver a highly complex, multi-towered ICT project & to lead highly diversified global teams. This customer centric ‘obsession’ has cemented itself in my overall approach to corporate life as it is underpinned by a strong believe in my people and our joined commitment to profitable growth. Marcus has almost 20 years of Telco/Software and IT experience gained in various roles, most recently as Sales and Marketing Director for Sprint Corp. where he was in charge of sales management for Europe and led several global projects and initiatives. He has an EMBA from Fribourg University (Switzerland) and has spent time abroad studying and working in Cambridge (UK) and Shanghai (China).
