Installation, service and training for 3D printers and surrounding equipment all over the world. Approximately travel four out of five weeks. When not traveling I work with support and in different projects on machines in development. Making instructions, documentation, and machine PM checklists. Work a lot with Office, PTS Windchill Creo and ServiceMax/Salesforce
Installation, service, training, and technical sales for Gerber Technology products (cutters, spreaders, plotters, and software) in Norway and a couple of trips every year to neighboring countries. I was working alone on these products, so I handled all support, planing and parts orders. I also worked on small format laser cutter/engravers (GCC LaserPro), Kornit (high volume textile printers) and Miller Weldmaster (large customer machine lines for PVC materials)
All service and support on products from Gerber Technology in Sweden and Baltic countries.
Worked as a FSE for cutting/spreading machines, plotters and CAD/CAM software for the textile industry and technical textile industry. Main area was Nordic countries but also 5-7 trips around the world each year. Work ranging from technical sales, installation, training, maintenance and repairs. Installation, service och utbildning på skärmaskiner, plottrar och mönsterkonstruktionsprogram. Där många kunder har serviceavtal med 24 timmars inställelsetid. Var anställd på Skandinavien kontoret på Gerber Technology, reste mycket till USA och Bryssel där huvudkontoret respektive europakontoret låg. Det blev också en del resor till Europa, Asien och Afrika varje år för att hjälpa agenter/distributörer i andra regioner med installationer och utbildningar.
Process engineer and shift leader for an SMD department. Responsible for 2 SMD lines which includes repair/maintenance and keeping track of production results.
