With a great team of senior architects we help our customers with use case definition through early stage design thinking, enlightening technical strategy, defining architecture till even jointly doing rapid prototypes. I developed the MTC Germany from a niche player into one of the best performing worldwide MTCs. A profound strategy combined with a number of directional changes as well as strategic hiring and team building was foundational for this success.
