Rebranding project of the Al Faisaliah Hotel
- Part of the opening team at the new landmark hotel Marsa Malaz Kempinski in Doha - Managing the opening of the ADD restaurant “Sawa” as well as the outlets “Vitamine Café” and "Amwage Beach Grill and Pool Bar” - Implementing SOPs, train the 30 team members and secure a smooth restaurant operation according to the LQA standards - Control the departmental costs and the overall financial performance according to the budget
- Assisting the Outlet Manager of Paulaner Bräuhaus with operations of over 1.000 guest covers per day - Assisting the Director of F&B with different projects, e.g. preparation of special promotions, new menus, statistics and monthly F&B forecasts - Mainly independent in charge of the organisation and realisation of special events like Maifest 2014, Football World Cup 2014 and the Oktoberfest 2014 with more than 6.000 guests
