Responsibility for leadership of the national non-qualified distribution team that regionally work with financial professionals and corporate plan sponsors to design, implement and deliver executive benefit solutions, including nonqualified deferred compensation plans.
Lead the internal sales, sales strategy, sales activation, training, and digital experience teams that partner with external wholesalers and 3rd party financial professional partners to deliver corporate retirement plan programs to the small, mid, and large markets. From lead & proposal generation efforts to investment strategies to finalist presentations, my team helps facilitate, coordinate & prepare solutions to prospective retirement clients, advisors & consultants.
Partner with our national sales and service force to establish and implement multi-product strategy. Facilitate, coordinate & prepare teams for finalist presentations to prospective retirement clients, existing clients & consultants. Responsibilities: lead strategy team, identify key differentiators in the marketplace through internal & competitor intelligence, leverage our preferred product offering, provide direction and leadership of marketing team & materials, cross-BU collaboration & presenter preparation. From RFP & investment strategy to finalist presentation, provide support to ensure optimal opportunity for success by driving sales and retention.
