1. Responsible for developing and/or modifying ATE test program for devices to: A. Improve yield, B. Fix quality issues and test bugs C. Test time reduction D. Qualify “New Products” 2. Responsible for ATE hardware bring up for “Legacy” and “New” products 3. Works with counterpart (Product and Process Engineers) in addressing manufacturing issues. Skills/Qualifications: • Familiar on ATE test methodology. • Familiar on GPIB protocol • Has Knowledge on Nextest Magnum I, Nextest Maverick and Versatest ATE platforms (able to use the ATE’s built in tools for debugging purposes) • Has Knowledge in C++ and Perl • Creates scripts to automate tasks • Familiar on Altium Software (PCB design software) • Skills in circuit analyzing and debug • Knowledgeable on tortoise subversion software (revision control client) • SPC (Statistical Process Control) Core Team member responsible for “Tool Matching” • Basic Knowledge on JMP Statistical software
