Responsibilities: - Incharge of projects like Oiler project, new machine installation, Trouble shooting of problem, analysis and process control. - handle the ISO 14001(environment aspect & impact) - Control the yield loss for each production line - Involve in Quality control to manage the inspection test on product quality - Lead people to accomplish the job just in time. • Analyze and prepare the weekly report for each production line including production downtime and oil consumption • Prepare the Yield Loss report • Follow up & handle project such as Nitrogen & hydrogen gas piping project supply to each line, • Incharge the ISO 14001 including schedule waste, aspect impact, leakage, and make some implementation for future improvement. • Create the audit section to inspect the quality & problem cause by each line & figure out a best solution to improve the quality. • Incharge the Push picking Line whereas the acidic environment applied and use the acid to clean the strips surface & remove the metal oxide of hot roll coil, familiar with the acid circulation process. • Handle the machinery parts such as controlling the production flow, ensure the mechanical section & electrical section completed their Just – In Time. Able to schedule & reduce the bottle neck problem. • Incharge different projects all related to machinery also to the process improvement. • In charge of maintenance & production job. • In charge of cost saving project. • Well handle the projects include ensure all the commissioning and FAT is Just in time to accomplish it.
