Experienced Ops Analysis and Graphic Designer with a history in the video relay and print industry.
Responsible for the management of internal and external customer information systems, data integrity and related analytics. The role provides support to the organization through: 1) developing and maintaining internal information systems and processes; 2) ensuring validity and integrity of stored information and conducting regular audits; 3) building analytics to provide a coherent narrative of current and historical trends.
Beside Ops Coordinator duties, other tasks include developing various analysis tools and reports to assist the workforce management team in any way possible.
Responsible for coordinating and monitoring VRS traffic on ARES and SATURN platforms using various Ops tools. Assist interpreters through Soapbox or AIM with technical or scheduling needs. Notify and work with NOC if severe technical issues arise, such as call center power outages, dial out issues, dropped calls, removal of ghost calls, and etc. Also responsible for creating e-mail reports to operations team using Excel and Word on daily VRS progress and challenges faced.
Provided majority of graphic design work for print shop. Used Adobe software for design work such as creating brochures, letterheads, newsletters, note pads, NCR, bookmarks, business cards, envelopes, forms, flyers, posters, invitations, labels, menus, memorials, tickets, rack cards, logos, and etc. Besides design work, I did a lot of troubleshooting with customer digital files (both MAC and PC) to ensure they’re press ready.
Provided installation and training for ZVRS company across Southeastern Washington region. Videophone devices and software used were Z-150, Z-340, and Z-4. Was responsible for setting up appointments and making sure all installation prerequistie requirements were met before heading out to do installation work.
TED trainer duties include installation and training work for large hard of hearing community across Southeastern Washington region. Such equipment used for installation were Captels, VCO phones, Amplified phones (XL40/45), TTY, phone signaling devices, and etc.
