In the Global Development & Learning unit of BASF SE I supported the conceptualization and implementation of development projects & processes that are applied globally. In addition I also supported the management and delivery of development centers with international participants.
The Otto-Selz-Insitut (OSI) is focused on conducting psychological research in applied settings - for example regarding work & health issues. I supported the conduction of a long-term cooperation project between the OSI and a public association, that focused on prevention of stress related health issues. My responsibilities included the conduction of field assessment days throughout Germany, conducting interviews with participants, lab work to isolate specific biological markers and large scale data analysis. I also contributed to developing a digitized assessment version of the used tools for more efficient data gathering.
