I have been working for over 29 years as a Physicist in the semiconductor industry. Beginning with designing and testing memory products in the 1990s, I discovered my passion for opto-semiconductors. Transitioning from quality management (SQM, CQM, etc.), I shifted towards development and designed business processes for project management and product development. As a requirements manager, I spearheaded numerous IT software projects with various software companies (Microsoft, Campana&Schott, SAP, Cognizant) to establish IT infrastructure for project management and product development. At OLED GmbH, my responsibility was to establish a Project Management Office (PMO) with agile elements (SCRUM, JIRA, etc.). Meanwhile I´m SAFe certified on agile methods of Project Management and work as a scrummaster for differerent topics for digitization. Currently, my focus lies on digitization in opto-semiconductor production. Through data governance (processes and tools) and a shared data repository (data lake), we are developing a digital twin for production. This challenge will be my focus for the coming years. Within these digitization activities I got the chance to take over the lead of a IPCEI funded project in our production in Regensburg. The content of this "Digital Twin" workpackage is on one hand, sustainable and resource-efficient semiconductor production with a full automated and data-driven manufacturing in Regensburg to enable also AI for future RnD and FID processes. In summary, I consider myself highly adaptable and eager to tackle new challenges.

My responsibility within OSRAM Opto Semiconductors GmbH is now in operations DMA (Digital Manufacturing and Automation). The target is to support OSRAM OS on the way of digital transformation. As an "IT Demand and Requirements Manager" I have to find IT solution to increase automation and efficiency in processes of frontend and backend manufacturing. After 6 months "Data Governance Project" with IBM we have now implemented a DGS department (Data Governance and Solution). Now we are on the way to build up Data Governance Tool set for Business Glossary, Workflows, ...
