Risk Management
-Enhancing networking skills by learning how to adapt to people’s hobbies and interests. -Assisting members throughout their rounds of golf by carrying their bags, raking bunkers, reading putts, shooting yardages, and assisting in club selection. -Teaching beginning caddies the basics of how to be efficient in bag placement.
-Enhanced communication and interpersonal skills by learning how to convey a message, listen, and understand another person's perspective. -Assisted in pre-tournament up by setting up golf carts, tee sheets, and scorecards.
