As Test Lead at Candriam since 2018, my main duties are: - design the Global Test Strategy and its implementation on main IT Projects and IT Programs - Implement and Manage External Test Service Center - support all project actors actively involved in the test methodo (Test Managers, Project Managers, BA, Test Analysts, Developers, ...) - create training materials and permanent coaching amongs all of our staff regarding Test activities - validate IT Project Test Plans and related Test Status Reports - identify pain points and tips to maintain Applicative Test Libraries - report Key Performance Indicators and animate periodic Steering Committee - improve test automation (implementation with Test Complete/Smartbear) As Azure DevOps Process Administrator, my main duties are: - setup Azure DevOps Scrum Process (workitems, boards, statuses, ...) - maintain Users list, Groups and Teams - propose area paths, pipelines and releases organization and Iteration Plans for sprint and release. - support Project and Test Managers to create and improve their dashboards; - create training materials and permanent coaching on Azure DevOps for all IT staff members
Project Manager in charge to implement Fusion Invest from Mysis / Sophis (Asset Management module). Projects involved: Reconciliation process, Corporate actions process, Fund setup, DRT, Equity Swaps, test automation, nostro process, cash account modelization...(mainly Ops processes) Responsible for other BA follow up regarding training, affectations and deliveries. Dedicated as Test Manager regarding test automation processes. (test design, test strategy, coordination for the scripter, infrastructure followup). we are using Test Complete suite with their web and desktop modules.

Inside Financial Markets Support Department at ING, I insure Sophis Risque infrastructure administration. Sophis RISQUE is a cross asset and front to back office solution that enables investment banks to implement a true Straight Through Processing all along their trading activities. My function as application administrator covers several activities: - as senior team member, to train and lead colleagues; - to install and parametrize the Acceptance and Production platforms; - to validate the platform and organize users testing phases; - to write functional analysis, documentation; - to support the users, to be a point of contact between Sophis vendor and our organization... My current projects are the EOY process, the installation of the new release 5.1.5.10.
