I am a Partner and Managing Director at global strategy and management consulting firm KEARNEY and lead our Healthcare & Life Sciences business in Germany, Switzerland and Austria and our work on Biopharma innovation, research and development globally. Fueled by the desire to drive biomedical innovation forward, I have dedicated my career to advise investors and executive leaders on strategy and transformation topics, especially on productivity improvement in research and development, digitalisation as well as innovation- and growth strategies. I have 22 years of industry, advisory and leadership experience, amongst others as Head of Research Management at Europe's leading academic research center and university hospital Charité Berlin. I bring strong first-hand experience in discovery, development, commercial launch and lifecycle management of drugs, devices, diagnostics and services across a number of specialty medicine therapeutic areas. Over the years, I have intensively worked with business and technology leaders across Translational Medicine, Clinical Drug Development, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory and Medical Affairs as well as Commercial Operations and Enterprise functions. I hold an MBA in Corporate Finance and an LL.M. in IP and Antitrust law from international studies in Germany, Singapore and the USA. I have also attended executive education programs at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, Chicago, MA as well as at Saiid School of Business at Oxford University, UK, and frequently publish in international industry journals.
