Marco has been working in Machine Learning since 2008. He is specialized in long-horizon agentic AI, and the design of solutions that improve the cost, quality and control of enterprise-scale agentic AI. His portfolio includes major transformations across both the public and private sectors, including the Dutch Ministry of Justice, EXN, Delta Fiber, Philips and the ASML AI Factory Program Next to his work at ASML and Eigenvector Research, marco teaches an AI expert curriculum at InHolland, and spends his spare time researching topics such as a new foundational model for enterprise AI, control frameworks, ontological based Compliance and various business tools like agentic economics, the evidence factory, and the research hub ATLAS (multi-step-agents.com).
