In my role as Vice President of Supply Chain & Procurement I managed a team, responsible for the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement of products and services with a total spend of USD 400 million. In August 2016 Intelligrated was acquired by Honeywell. Together with a partner on the Honeywell side, I was responsible for the post merger integration of the Supply Chain organizations; people, processes, systems, compliance, buying power, leveraging the synergies (1+1=3) etc.
In my role as Director International Strategic Sourcing I made a start to design and implement the foundation for an international supply chain organization to support our Intelligrated International organization.
