I am responsible for Quality Assurance Department at TAM MRO in São Carlos – SP. Basically, TAM MRO performance maintenance in aircraft and aeronautics components for A319/320/321/330/340 and B767/B777. I am also responsible for developing and analyses of process and certifying, nowadays we have got the follows certifying: ANAC, FAA, EASA, TCCA, DOT, INMETRO and for other more 6 countries.
