Sono IS&T PMO nella Region Continental Europe di Sodexo, che include 20 nazioni europee, dalla Spagna alla Russia. Il mio ruolo ha la missione di implementare una metodologia di raccolta del budget delle iniziative, della Demand, e della gestione del portafoglio dei progetti IS&T. Inoltre supportare i PM nelle varie fasi della governance, analizzare lo stato della demand e del portafoglio progetti, mantenere uncostante allineamento tra le guidelines del Gruppo e le esigenze dei mercati, supportare il CIO nella stesura del budget e della roadmap a livello di Region. Come PM, ho ottenuto la certificazione PRINCE2 v.2017 per la gestione dei progetti ed ITIL v.2016. Sono una persona motivata, analitica, con buone capacità comunicative, fortemente orientata al risultato e con una buona predisposizione alla gestione di gruppi di lavoro ed in generale al lavoro in Team.
In my new role, I'm responsible for: • Support Head of TDD Transformation & Governance with program planning and management of the TDD transformation program in COEU, core in the delivery of the TDD strategy • Prepare / facilitate TDD Transformation governance for pillars and workstreams • Manage TDD Transformation planning and documents for key governance milestones • Provide KPIs, reporting, monitoring and key meeting preparation • Consolidate and track TDD Transformation progresses, oversee consistency, highlight risks and dependencies and facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders at Global, Regional and Country levels • Quality assurance of Transformation project delivery management • Align TDD Transformation and regular TTD PMO PPM activities
In this role I am responsible for managing the IS&T governance processes at regional level, monitoring the Demand collection and assessment across all COEU Countries and guaranteeing that Programs expected value is achieved
I am working as a Project Manager to design and deploy digital initiatives bringing synergies between Italy and Spain. I enabled a set of solution targeting B2B clients and their employees (Sodexo’s consumers in a B2B4C model) integrated with the application ecosystem in the background. I have been part of the solutions design, working in strict cooperation with the PMs for business segments, looking for synergies and benefits in terms of time to market and effort to create and maintain the solution. It is a key factor to harmonize and standardize the solutions in the existing application environments, considering the specific processes and Business models in the countries.

I had in international assignment in Milwaukee (US) for the e-commerce platform rollout. I was part of the Project Team for the rollout in ABB Croatia (project in Zagreb), responsible for the SD module.
