With a decade of experience, I’ve pioneered the Trends and Technology Foresight function from the ground up. My journey involved laying the essential cornerstones, with technology roadmapping as the linchpin. Here’s what I’ve achieved: Technology Roadmapping: Spearheaded the establishment of this critical process, engaging internal stakeholders across levels—from Directors to R&D team leaders. Data-Driven Forecasting: My colleagues and I developed a robust forecasting procedure. It informs strategic discussions at both group and Business Units levels, positioning our company effectively in the dynamic microelectronics landscape. Scouting and Insights: I lead scouting efforts, attending conferences, gathering expert opinions, and maintaining a comprehensive microelectronics overview. My expertise includes IP landscape analyses and competitor insights. Innovation Projects: Guided 10 analysis projects and 3 proof-of-concept initiatives. These efforts resulted in more than 20 patent families (published). Now I'm really curious to test the tools and procedures I learned and apply so far in other segments. Let's connect!
