■ Led the preparation of carve-out financial statements for the divestiture of the company’s shallow water segment which became Shelf Drilling Inc. with an approximate market value of $2 billion and assisted in the creation of financial statements for an upcoming initial public offering of a master limited partnership formed by Transocean Ltd. ■ Established the methodologies for the allocation of corporate and indirect expenses attributed to the divested offshore drilling units for Shelf Drilling Inc. and Transocean Partners while serving as liaison among numerous project stakeholders which included global accounting firms and national consulting firms and maintained direct working relationship with the Chief Financial Officer of Shelf Drilling Inc.
