- Create and regularly update the whole purchase plan and sales forecast of Giant Italia (Giant, Liv, Cadex brands) - Plan the on time and most accurate bike/accessories supply while also planning run-out products phase-out - Trigger sales actions by offering insights on product lifecycle, sales vs forecast analysis and inventory level - Consistently work on improving supply chain and 3PL performance, optimizing stock level and making internal processes more efficient - Actively seek for new market trends and business opportunities - Update and maintain Giant Italia dealer-portal product catalogue following product launches and phased-out sku - Take ownership of strategic and cross department projects such as tools and software rollouts - Contribute to the development and proper setup of the company ERP, reporting tools, B2C and B2B webportals
