Building Technologies Limited is a team of professionals specialising in providing Building Management Systems (BMS) solutions for civil and commercial markets. As a Systems Engineer my responsibilities included: - Engineering HVAC controls and equipment selection (valves, sensors, VSD, damper actuators) - Software development for building automation systems - Design of GUI (Graphic User Interface) of SCADA supervision systems - Project management from sales handover through project completion - Creation of operational descriptions, schematics, wiring diagrams and as-built documentation - On site commissioning and post sale support to the client
Climaveneta, member of the De' Longhi Group, is the 1st European manufacturer and 5th European group in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning). As a member of the Electronics and Automation Department, the main project I have been involved was the development of a new touchscreen interface for Climaveneta PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers). Related tasks included: - Development of the software and firmware necessary for the updated version of the PLC embedded in units with touchscreen interface - Design of the HMI (Human-Machine Interface) following interaction design principles - Automatic management of parameters and alarms - Creation of the technical documentation - Forthnightly meetings with clients and suppliers
