As business development manager I am responsible of generating and opening business opportunities for the green H2 portfolio of Viridi as well as giving support to the existing projects in terms of stakeholders management in the specific cases where my position could be a trigger to unlock constraints or facilitate alternatives for the projects.
As part of the steering committee of the company I have the responsibility of managing the Projects area in terms of budget, time schedule and service/product delivered to the customer related with the different projects plus the company strategy support and reporting for this area. Same as for the engineering one in terms of support about technical topics to the vendors, customers, projects and the rest of the company departments that might need this support. I.E. sales or maintenance depts.
As Bid Project Manager (or Bid Proposals Manager) I am accountable of ensuring the information generated by diverse areas like legal, sales, engineering, project management, commissioning and start up, maintenance etc. is accurate and correct for bidding. This information, plus the added value in the bidding strategy based on my bids and projects transversal experience ensures the best contractual result for Alstom in terms of profitability, cash flow and customer satisfaction in terms of execution of the project. The aim of this is having a complete project view from the detection of the commercial opportunity till the end of the execution of the project and as a consequence of this, an accurate cost and time control, profitability as well as customer satisfaction along the project execution phase.
Responsible of the development of Blendhub manufacturing network in order to give basic food access to more people in more places in a sustainable way and at a lower price. As part of this very generic description, I am responsible of developing a Project structure based in node factories modularity, establishing an scalable and replicable system that will allow us to deploy each and every new factory in a very short timeframe and low cost. In order to get this we developed a platform model and designed a modular, replicable factory digital BIM model. We digitalised all the documental information about design, maintenance, contracts, legal, etc. to get a Digital Twin of the existing facilities plus the replicable one. In addition we implemented the option of working with augmented reality in those models. We also developed a QAQC system based in Near Infrared analysis (NIR) supported by a database in the cloud. This system allowed us to validate the samples in formulation lab phase and in the industrial validation phase. This is Blendhub value proposition to produce service solutions in the agro food sector, making them accessible for more people on a planetary basis in an efficient and agile manner.
