As Business Controller of the mass market channel (Modern Trade - Off Trade), the main activities are: - Supporting Modern Trade BU through Strategy definition process and Planning cycles (Strategic Plan, Annual Plan and Latest Estimate revisions). - Provide BU Manager with detailed analysis (by Customers, Brand, Pack, Type e.g.) to deep dive actual results and explain their variance vs Plan and PY (Volume & Value).
Member of the Supply Chain area of the Planning and Control Function of Heineken Italia. Main responsibilities are related with the Planning/Budgeting processes of the Cost Of Good Sold (Raw Materials, Packaging and Auxiliary materials), in particular: - coordinating the "Input costs" process: forecast of prices and quantities of Raw, Packaging and Auxiliary Materials. Key functions involved in the process are Supply Planning and Procurement department; - coordinating the "Product Costing" process; - creating insights in COGS variances (STD costing vs ACT); - materials' Price Variances allocation to Finished Product.
Member of the Strategic area of the Planning and Control Function of Heineken Italia. Main responsibilities are: - Managerial reporting tool: following the finalisation, testing and implementation of a new tool aimed at simplifying and optimising the managerial reporting activities of the Planning and Control Function. - Mapping reports created by the Supply Chain and by the Commerce areas of the Planning and Control Function. Aim of simplifying, standardising and improving the managerial reporting process. - Planning tool implementation support.
