Marco is dedicating his professional life to making large-scale business transformations succeed and helping organizations thrive. He is currently CEO of Infinigate Group, the leading global B2B cybersecurity value-added distribution platform with ~EUR 3B in revenues, offices in 30 countries in EMEA and APAC, with headquarters in Switzerland. His career began with an MBA from Harvard Business School, followed by a decade at McKinsey & Company in the US and Europe, where he specialized in transformational growth and rose to the level of Partner. He then joined Bain Capital Private Equity in London, supporting large-scale transformations within portfolio companies. Marco later transitioned into executive leadership roles to directly drive growth and transformation in multinational businesses. He served as a Management Board member at TNT Express (a global overnight parcel delivery company), CEO at LeasePlan (the world’s largest car leasing company), and from 2019 to 2025 as CEO of DKV Mobility, before assuming his current CEO role at Infinigate Group. In line with his passion for transformational leadership, Marco authored the Amazon bestseller Unleash Your Transformation. He is also among others co-founder of the Sophie Foundation.

Marco was CEO of DKV Mobility, the leading European B2B platform for on the road payments and solutions, with 17B EUR transaction value and 322.000 customers in 50 countries. Marco was asked as CEO when CVC bought a stake in the company in 2019.
Marco was COO of LeasePlan, the largest global car leasing company with more than 1.7M cars. As COO, he was responsible for leading, transforming and growing the EUR 8B European business, operating in 25 countries. Marco was asked to join Leaseplan when a PE consortium bought LeasePlan from Volkswagen.
Marco was member of the Management Board of TNT Express, a publicly listed global overnight parcel delivery company. Marco turned around a global division of EUR 2,7B with businesses in Brazil, Chile, UK, France, Italy, and Australia. In 2016, TNT was bought by FedEx.
Bain Capital is one of the leading global private equity firms focused on hands-on improving and transforming businesses. Marco joined their portfolio team in London to help transform a variety of portfolio companies. He also worked briefly for Bain.
