This year I learned to use both manual tangential grinding (Shipman, Bergamini), controlled tangential grinding (Rosa, Okamoto) and manual round grinding, manage the workload with the other departments of the workshop and manage the work of my department alone.
I worked for 3 years as an assistant chef and delivery boy in one of the pizzerias in my town. My main tasks were: -chef's assistant -preparation/arrangment of the ingredients for the pizzas -delivery boy - payment managment -preparation/arrangment of the ingredients for the pizzas
