SoW: Detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation, installation, hook-up, and pre-commissioning of new Compression Complex facilities CP4S & CP6N with integration to the existing facilities. Main facilities which are part of the Compression Complex facilities CP4S & CP6N are Compression Platform CP4S, Living Quarters LQ4S, Flare FL4S, Compression Platform CP6N, Living Quarters LQ6N and Flare FL6N. All the associated jackets are part of the scope of work. Role: Project Director with responsibility for the definition of the project execution strategy ensuring the delivery within the SHES, schedule, cost and quality targets. My duty is to ensure a clear governance and to provide high-level status updates to senior management, stakeholders, and project sponsors In the daily activities I oversee and interact with multiple project managers, steering the commercial strategy, and ensuring flawless execution across engineering, procurement, fabrication till the offshore installation. I have the responsibility to provide an optimized solution in terms of constructability and cost saving, monitoring the schedule and the available budget. Intensive and continuous interface with internal and external stakeholders.

Intensive and continuous interface with internal and external stakeholders (i.e., fabrication and installation department, subcontractors, third party authority, Client), assisting the review of the work procedures and resolving the technical issue. Daily follow-up with construction and installation team to guarantee the constructability of the planned activities in fabrication yard and at installation site in terms of schedule and execution.

The water depths across the Offshore Site generally range from 40 to 60m LAT. Supervision of the activities performed by the structural team involved in the detailed engineering. Review and approval of all relevant technical queries, design changes and technical deviation requests raised in a timely manner by structural department. Cooperation and interface with all the engineering departments and with external stakeholders (i.e., subcontractors, third party authority, Client). Intensive follow-up of the fabrication. Daily follow-up with construction and installation team to guarantee the constructability of the planned activities in fabrication yard in terms of schedule and execution.
