I’m an Inventory Controller with a strong focus on improving processes, maintaining stock accuracy, and building structured systems that actually work in day-to-day operations. My role goes beyond just managing stock — I focus on identifying gaps, implementing SOPs, and improving how warehouses and teams operate. From cycle counts and stock control to KPI tracking and process standardisation, I aim to bring consistency and efficiency into everything I do. I’m currently building my knowledge in Supply Chain Management while gaining practical, hands-on experience in warehouse operations and systems. I enjoy working with data, solving problems, and putting better processes in place that make a real impact. My goal is to grow into an Inventory or Supply Chain Management role where I can take on more responsibility and drive operational improvements on a larger scale.
