I am an HSE professional with over 15 years of international experience in environmental, health, and safety management for Mechanical, E&I, and Civil works across Oil & Gas, Power, and LNG projects. I have worked in multicultural and high‑standard environments, ensuring compliance with company HSE policies, contractual obligations, and national/international regulations. My expertise includes supervising and managing on-site HSE activities, developing HSE documentation, and implementing operational controls and reporting systems. I conduct incident and accident investigations with root‑cause analysis, prepare HSE statistical reports, Work Method Statements, JSAs, and define corrective and preventive actions in line with Belgian legislation, EU/ISO standards, and other local regulations. I have solid experience performing internal/external inspections and audits (VCA/ISO or client‑requested), coordinating site and HSE meetings, leading toolbox talks, and organizing HSE campaigns and performance reviews. In addition to my core HSE roles, I have served as a Permit-to-Work (PTW) Coordinator, ensuring safe execution of critical operations, isolations, LoToTo procedures, and interface coordination between contractors. I have also worked closely with EPC engineering companies to align construction activities with engineering deliverables and project HSE requirements. I contribute to the development of HSE training programs and operational instructions, with a strong focus on workforce awareness, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of safety culture. My project experience includes refineries, power plants, petrochemical facilities, and LNG terminals, covering new construction, revamping, and turnaround works. I have collaborated with major international companies such as BOREALIS, ExxonMobil, Fluxys, FLUOR, EDF, NUON, NESTE OIL, TOTAL, ERG, WOOD, SENER, JACOBS, MITSUBISHI, TECHNIP, and TECNIMONT across Belgium, France, the UK, Italy, and the Netherlands. My training includes electrical hazard (BA5-4 / PAV‑PES‑PEI, OSHA), BBS, First Aid, Firefighting, VCA Supervisor, LoToTo, Emergency Response, and more. I also hold or am completing certifications such as NEBOSH IGC/Diploma (in progress), HSE Manager (UNI 11720:2018), Lead Auditor (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, SA8000), Italian D.Lgs 231/01, RSPP (D.Lgs 81/08), OSHA Safety & Health Professional, and IOSH Managing Safety.
