I like bringing academic knowledge into the real world and making it more accessible and practical. My research focuses on managerial decision-making in family businesses and human–computer interaction, particularly explainable AI (XAI). In addition, I teach courses in Business Psychology at Aalen University, covering topics such as behavioral economics, marketing and economics. With a background in international marketing and sales (M.A.) and Chinese culture, language, and management (B.A.), I bring a broad intercultural and analytical perspective to my work.
