I research what AI does to us – not through its decisions, but through the daily practice of interaction. Every conversation with an AI trains the human on the other side. We call this the Mirror Hypothesis. Together with Kordula Marisa Hildebrandt we developed the Mirror Hypothesis and the Identity Before Tools (IBT) framework – three years of practitioner research in creative education, now published open access on Zenodo and accepted at the SAFER Workshop @ IJCAI-ECAI 2026 (Bremen, August). We are building MirrorTrain – a pan-European Horizon Europe research initiative on bidirectional human-AI training. And ComposerAI – a platform for fair creator rights in the AI era. I am A.K.A Marouko. Electronic musician. Over 500 radio plays on 15+ French stations. Currently: the Imperfect Remix – measuring what AI cannot replicate in human music. The gap between recognition and creation. That gap is where human art lives. Co-founder, Creative Humanity AI Hub – creativehumanity.eu When did you last hold your face up to the sun? Just like that. For no reason at all. Come to a workshop. Let's think together.
The Creative Humanity AI Hub investigates what AI does to humans – not through its outputs, but through the daily practice of interaction. We call this the Mirror Hypothesis. Current projects: MirrorTrain (Horizon Europe, HERITAGE-01) · ComposerAI · Working Paper Series · Imperfect Remix
A.K.A Marouko is not a project. It is a question made audible. Electronic music at the boundary between human expression and machine intelligence. Between what can be calculated and what can only be felt. Between the algorithm and the goosebump. Over 500 radio plays on 15+ French stations. Releases via SACEM, SCPP, ADAMI. Performing as A.K.A Marouko & Stella Marisa. Current work: the Imperfect Remix – measuring what AI cannot replicate in human music. The gap between recognition and creation. That gap is where human art lives.
18 years in film and television production – as producer, VFX supervisor, and editorial department lead. International co-productions, documentary and fiction, across Europe and beyond. This is where I learned that storytelling is not about technology. It is about what you bring to the room.
