I have gained more than 15 years of experience in data, program and project management, in several industries and countries. During these years, I have been involved and led every phase of production, from program start to post-sale service. I have been responsible for recruiting, training, coaching and leading teams composed of 3 to 11 people, with different international backgrounds, often working on independent projects.
