Building Europe's energy future and biggest infrastructure project.
As Project Quality Manager, I am responsible for all the quality-related aspects of the projects I am assigned to: in particular, I'm responsible for the full adherence of the product and processes to the project's Quality Control Plan, for the correct execution of the Testing plan, and for the project's fulfillment of the Customer requirements and applicable TR&S. The projects I am involved in, cover the wide range of the Upgrades division of the Turbomachinery Services - from control systems upgrades, up to complete revampings of turbocompression units.
During my time at CCM Tech, I worked as a Field Service Engineer apprentice, making hands-on experience in the disassembly and maintenance of heavy duty gas turbines - General Electric MS5002, PGT10, PGT5 - and reciprocating compressors - Nuovo Pignone 4HM. This experience helped me tremendously in gaining insight and direct knowledge about turbines and compressors' working principles, components, assembly and disassembly, maintenance and related issues.
