I am a results-driven professional with 19 years of experience in the automotive industry, recently promoted to Manufacturing Manager at a U.S. multinational company after just three years as a Manufacturing Engineer. My contributions have earned me prestigious recognitions, including a Trade Secret for the development of a breakthrough valve assembly process and an Operational Excellence Award for integrating Artificial Intelligence into vision systems, in collaboration with the University of Michigan and the Tauber Institute for Global Operations. As Program Manager I’m in charge to define and monitor the launches strategies of the new HyVo Programs assigned to BW MSA by the European OEM ensuring the respect of Customer’s milestones and BW financials established for each Program.
Major tasks of the role consist of: - Industrialization of new products, with main focus on Timing System Components - Process Flows definition and development - Suppliers identification and development - Process OEE improvement - Support Final Customers quotations process providing analysis of costs, machines saturations and CAPEX required - Support deployment of best practices across plants being part of the global Council for Continuous Improvement
