Managing for the Operations Division, the most relevant in the Company, the activities of Staff Planning, Workforce Sizing, HR Development and Management, Organizational Development, Process Improvement, Quality and Safety.
Assisting the Top Management in implementing of the Company restructuring project, leading the main initiatives of organizational redesign, regulatory compliance, process re-engeneering, workforce sizing and change management.
Taking part in the start-up project of the Company carrying out all major initiatives concerning the organization and HR development, right-sizing, the process improvement, as well as working as a member of the team in charge of strategic projects.
