End-to-end responsibility for all negotiations and related contracts/agreements with a broad range of stakeholders, including terminal operators, port authorities, service suppliers, pilots’ associations, and mooring and tug providers. Accountable for the management and tracking of major claims, implementing loss mitigation measures, and evaluating action plans. Conducting detailed analysis of port costs, yard occupancy, and overall operational productivity.
Instructing and monitoring the assigned fleet vessels in terms of voyage optimisation, proforma schedule, bunker consumption and mainly weather routing. Handling and supervising an average of 30 vessels, coordinating the Network Operation and acting 24/7 as first point of contact for the urgencies/contingencies.
Watch-keeping Officer responsible the safe navigation of the vessel, its crew and passengers at all times, complying with International regulations and Company's standard procedures.
