About

I serve in a dual role at Siemens Mobility as Global EHS Manager and EHS Officer (Head) for North East Europe. My career spans multiple multinational companies and countries, shaped by diverse experiences in safety, leadership, and collaboration. I’m passionate about helping people grow — as a certified coach and safety specialist, I combine operational excellence with personal development. I believe that those who stop improving stop being good. My focus is on strengthening safety culture, protecting the environment, and advancing sustainability. I bring integrity, courage, and a strong commitment to sustainability into every aspect of my work. With a calm presence and a hands-on mindset, I follow the principles of servant leadership. I foster inclusion and collaboration by mentoring, coaching, asking open questions, empowering others, and truly listening. As EHS Officer of North East Europe, I contribute to the management team and support strategic decisions from an EHS perspective. Globally, I work with international EHS teams and act as a connector between Siemens Corporation and Siemens Mobility. With strong cross-cultural experience, curiosity about people, and fluency in multiple languages, I thrive in global, complex environments. My motivation lies in enabling people to grow, unlock their potential, and contribute to safer, high-performing work environments. I’m fascinated by the human side of change — what drives behavior, how culture shapes results, and how leadership and coaching create impact. I also see great potential in applying technology with intention and purpose. Courage and integrity are my most important values. I believe in sustainability — in all areas of life: how we live, how we lead, how we work, and how we treat one another and the environment. I believe in treating others with respect and fairness — because in life and business, we often meet again. Looking ahead, I see the most important opportunities — in EHS and beyond — in developing three core skills: 🔹 Connecting well with others — and with yourself 🔹 Understanding and applying AI 🔹 Thinking critically Other important skills include: • Building resilience in dynamic environments • Thinking in processes and following valid principles • Managing stakeholders ethically and strategically I aim to support this shift by mentoring others, leading by example, and helping to build cultures where safety, integrity, and growth go hand in hand.
