Currently serving as International Relations and Artistic Advisor at the National Museum of Cinema (Italy), following a distinguished tenure as Production Manager and Head of International Relations at the Taormina Film Fest. Serving as International Relations and Artistic Advisor, as well as Project Manager for Special Events, I curate and coordinate high-profile cultural and cinematic initiatives featuring globally acclaimed filmmakers and leading figures of contemporary world cinema. Key responsibilities include: • Strategic management of institutional partnerships, international relations, media outreach and the museum’s brand identity through targeted campaigns and communications planning. • Direct responsibility for the identification, invitation, and hosting of internationally acclaimed guests, managing every stage from artistic selection to protocol, media engagement, and the orchestration of high-profile appearances by award-winning filmmakers, actors, and cultural icons. • Masterclasses at the Mole Antonelliana: concept development and programming featuring cinematic icons such as Academy Award winners Martin Scorsese, Jane Campion, Damien Chazelle, Zoe Saldaña, Michel Hazanavicius, Dante Ferretti and Francesca Lo Schiavo, Kevin Spacey, Giuseppe Tornatore, Asghar Farhadi; and Academy Award nominees Johnny Depp, Tim Burton, Paul Schrader, Willem Dafoe, Tim Roth, Ruben Östlund, Stanley Tucci, Bérénice Bejo and many others. • Special Events: organization of film premieres, retrospectives, and major temporary exhibitions, including record-breaking immersive shows that attracted thousands of visitors and consistently sold out during their run such as The World of Tim Burton, The Art of James Cameron, and Ruben Östlund’s The Square. • Development of media partnerships led to setting-up co-marketing agreements and editorial features in top-tier media such as Variety, The Hollywood Reporter, Deadline, Reuters, and Associated Press, spotlighting the museum’s growing status as a global cultural hub. • Planning and execution of public and press-facing activities, including conferences, round tables, interview scheduling, and official event coordination.
As Artistic Director of the Nations Award – founded in 1970 by Gian Luigi Rondi – I lead the curatorial vision and the artistic programming of this prestigious international film prize. Celebrating cinematic excellence in global cinema, the event culminates in an annual gala held in Taormina’s iconic 4,000-seat ancient Greek-Roman theatre, one of the world’s most evocative open-air venues. My responsibilities include identifying and inviting honorees, curating tributes and coordinating impactful on-stage appearances. Under my direction, the award has celebrated an extraordinary range of talents, including Giancarlo Giannini, Emir Kusturica, and Terry Gilliam. In 2023, F. Murray Abraham received a career tribute following his acclaimed role in HBO’s award-winning series The White Lotus. In 2024, Kevin Spacey was invited to the stage for a rare and widely publicized live performance of Mark Antony’s speech from Julius Caesar, which earned a standing ovation and was covered extensively in international media. In 2025, Luc Besson returned to Taormina nearly four decades after filming Le Grand Bleu there.

As Production Manager of the Taormina Film Fest, I led the strategic and operational direction of one of Italy’s most iconic and internationally respected cultural events. With a vibrant seventy-year legacy, the Taormina Film Fest holds the distinction of being Europe’s longest continually running film festival, and the oldest following Cannes, Berlin, and Venice, making it a vital chapter in international film heritage. I initially served as Head of International Relations, contributing to the festival’s global expansion, artistic curation, international presence and high-profile guest relations. Key Responsibilities include: • Full operational management of the festival’s production – from concept to execution – including curatorial planning, scheduling, logistics, event overall and cross-department coordination. • Management of partnerships with institutions, public funding and cultural bodies, regional authorities, and international sponsors. • Liaison with film studios, distributors, and marketing teams for the organization of high-profile premieres. • Direct management of relationships with world-renowned guests, representatives, and publicists, from invitation to on-site hosting.
