• Lead the Refurbishment Service Line within a global Field Service organization, operating as an integrated platform across multiple department • Co-own budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles, monitoring performance vs targets • Drive commercial activities and contract negotiations • Own full bid lifecycle and define technical-commercial strategies with customers • Supervise a portfolio of ~8 international projects, ensuring delivery and profitability • Act as senior interface for contract management and key client escalations Leadership & Organization: • Lead and develop a team of 5 senior project managers • Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations and service
