About

I am a competition and regulatory lawyer at Loyens & Loeff, advising on merger control, antitrust, state aid, and foreign direct investment screening - including boardroom-level advice on regulatory strategy and complex transactions. My work spans a broad regulatory landscape, including digital regulation (DSA, DMA, AI Act, Data Act) and privacy (GDPR), across sectors including FMCG, media, tech, banking, healthcare and logistics. I enjoy the intersection of law, policy and strategy - and translating complex regulatory topics into something accessible, whether through articles, infographics or speaking at events. Alongside my practice, I am actively involved in mentoring and training colleagues across seniority levels and practice groups. I am particularly drawn to the strategic and policy dimensions of regulation - how rules shape markets, how organisations navigate change, and how legal expertise can drive broader organisational impact.
