Pragmatic engineer with high IT affinity and a wide experience in supply chain who is looking for variety and challenge in his new assignments. Over the last 8 years I have focused on supply chain project management (S & OP implementation, stock strategy, MRP, etc.). I also speak fluently four languages, I am an analytical mind, motivator and a diplomat in stress situations. Last but not least I have an advanced knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, BPCS). This combined with a thorough understanding of Excel, Access, VBA and BI tools (BW, Cognos, Webfocus) I am able to analyze complex environments and distill clear views.
- Master Data Conversion : Leading the Master Data Conversion of Materials, BoM, Routings, Planning Data for the Technical and Logistics Department - MRP (re) implementation : with a new ERP software being implemented, Denys decided to introduce this technology along with the full ERP package. It soon turned out that this is not a planning project but a business project with relations to master data management, sales order management, planning parameterization and stock strategy. - Stock strategy: resulting from the MRP project it became obvious that a stock strategy was necessary in order to achieve an optimized flow of goods. By introduction of ABC classification we intend to define planning parameters that drive the MRP explosion. - Implementation IFS - Planning Phase: list and describe all SCM AS-IS processes, GAP-analysis, ... - Description, validation and upload of all MM fields (WMS, BoM, Planning, Fin, …) - Execution Phase: UAT, documentation, training - Go-live & Hypercare MRP implementation during UAT - Detection of bottle necks and implementation of improvements in planning , procedures and/or system - Product Master settings (Safety stocks, Min/Max values, Drumbeats, …)
Implementation of SAP PEP In a first stage the Planning Phase will be setup: collect and describe all AS-IS processes, GAP-analysis, ... In a second phase the execution part starts as per April 2020. Golive is foreseen for Q2-2022 Looking forward on a new challenge!

Supply Network Planning is managed via SAP APO SNP. Main tasks are: - Provide accurate production planning timely to ensure visibility and clarity of data to meet customer forecasts and order requirements, balancing demand, inventory and production capacity and acquire approval. - Inventory management to maintain responsiveness and flexibility to demand and supply variability. - Collect, assess and evaluate the received input and planning parameters from internal and external parties as input for the assigned forecast planning. - Monitor actual output compared to plan output and, where necessary, set priorities and/or alter the plan. - Study and analyze forecast to ensure planning meet customer requirement. - Provide quantitative and qualitative information and other identified requirements for the purpose of reporting and analysis to aid decision-making. - Study and evaluate bottlenecks and opportunities in planning processes, procedures and/or system, and ensure implementation of improvement after approval. - Participate in assigned supply chain projects, within the project management This assignment continues until January 1st 2018. Global SAP implementation (SUMMIT) in which I have coördinated the SNP (Supply Network Planning) part of the S&OP implementation for 2 major plants in Belgium. Demand Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Production Planning(Make to Stock, Make to Order), Net Requirements Calculation, MRP Elements, Detailed Scheduling, Capacity Requirements, Master Data ECC and APO Stock and distribution strategy developed for ambient hub • Working knowledge of SAP ECC and APO • Ability to gather requirements, create executive summary of new project • Create documentation necessary to fulfill requirements of the FC Blueprint • Document user stories, participate in scrum team, create test scripts, execute test scripts • Functional experience of OMP Plus • Develop test scripts using FC testing tool (HPQC). • Ability to translate business requirements into user technical stories • Understanding of ERP SAP functionality and the ability to determine capabilities and limitations of existing tools.
As of March 1st 2015 I started in my new role as Master Planner at Campina. I will take over the planning responsabilities of a colleague who is leaving mid of April and then continue the support of this function until it is consolidated onto European level. Master Planning is managed via OMP Planner which is connected to SAP.
