Most recently, I spent nearly 10 years with The Adecco Group, including the last three years as Global Account Director within LHH, leading multi-country partnerships, workforce transformation initiatives and HR programs across EMEA, APAC and the Americas. Lead global client partnerships within LHH and The Adecco Group, responsible for strategic growth, governance and delivery excellence across large multinational organizations in the Life Sciences, Financial Services and Technology sectors. Key Achievements & Responsibilities: • Managed a global portfolio of approximately €15M, coordinating programs and ensuring consistent delivery across 30+ countries in EMEA, APAC and the Americas. • Maintained direct relationships with CHRO-level sponsors and global HR and procurement leaders, ensuring strategic alignment, governance and client satisfaction. • Acted as a matrix leader across multiple Adecco brands, balancing political and operational dynamics while fostering collaboration, transparency and unified strategic direction. • Designed and led global SOW, pricing and proposal strategies, defining commercial models that balanced efficiency, value and local adaptability. • Built and co-designed multi-country talent solutions with subject matter experts, integrating recruitment, learning, redeployment and outplacement across the full talent lifecycle.
Spring Professional and Badenoch+Clark were two trademarks of The Adecco Group, today they are both part of LHH. As part of the Leadership Team, together we created, developed and implemented the processes for Spring Professional Switzerland, shaping its structure, operations and strategy. Key Achievements and Responsibilities: • Full P&L and people leadership responsibility for Zurich, building a high-performing team (from 0 to 10 FTE, 5 divisions). • Co-created and implemented the target operating model, processes and systems (database, bonus structure, invoicing, HR procedures). • Developed new Business and Partnerships across the Swiss market, driving both financial and team growth. • Established collaboration across Adecco brands, driving productivity and profitability. • Achieved profitability within two years and positioned Spring Professional as a trusted advisory partner.
Start up - Spring Professional (team, business, startegies, processes and structures).
Main tasks: Leading different challenges and projects in three countries (Italy, Germany and Switzerland), management and development of teams, client acquisition and business development, optimization and creation of new processes.
Merkur Interactive is part of the Gauselmann Group Main tasks: - Start-up of the Marketing Department - Start-up of the E-Commerce - Collaboration on the start-up of 235 Stores and Corners and the E-commerce - Coordination of the Local Store Marketing for 235 shops.
During the study I had to interview from 300 to 500 candidates each year for the touristic destinations world wide.
