I am an IT Senior Consultant working on Hyperion EPM suite version 11.1.2.3, 11.1.2.4, 11.2.x (including Essbase), ODI and OBIEE, Weblogic, Oracle HTTP Server, APEX at Infrastructural level but also a Cloud Consultant on Microsoft Azure Platform and also on Oracle Cloud Platform. I know different OSes such as Windows (from 95 to 11) and various Linux release (RedHat, CentOS,SLES, Oracle Linux) My team (Tecnhnical Competence Center Team) and my everyday main tasks are installing, configuring, patching, tuning and optimizing often on distributed environments also clustered (such as Essbase Active-Passive clusters and OBIEE Clustering) supporting the customers fixing issues of various kinds on this products on both on Cloud and on-prem environments. I have developed a very high technical knowledge on these products, also problem-solving skills and very good soft-skills like working in team, communication skills, being very proactive and multitasking The customer for which we work are mainly multinational corporation operating in various industry (Automotive, Luxury Goods, Bank, Industry) On Azure Platform me and my team manage the servers of the customers at an infrastructure level I have also a little knowledge on Qlik Sense, product on which me and my team provide technical support Having developed these skills helps me to choose the right solution depending on the situation and the needs In general these are my IT knowledge developed during my studies but also working so on the field and my everyday life where we are always involved to fix issues and problems on our PCs - Good knowledge on iOS and macOS - Very high knowledge on Windows OSes (98, 2000, NT, XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10, Server 2003-2025) -Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS -Good knowledge of Linux distributions (like RedHat, Ubuntu, Debian, SUSE etc) and Unix-like distros -Good knowledge of Python, C, JAVA, Visual Basic, SQL -Good knowledge also on the networking side (networking protocols (such as DNS, IP), NAT, networking devices (routers, switches, hubs etc), VPNs, security protocols, and many others Good knowledge of monitoring, capturing and sniffing tools like Wireshark, TCPDUMP, NMAP, Nagios) - Very good knowledge of Office 365 Suite -A quite good knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle DB I have also a B1 English certificate Since I was 13, I’ve been installing Linux distributions for fun, exploring system internals, and building my own lab environment to break and fix things. This passion led me to start working in IT at an early age, turning curiosity into technical expertise.
