My responsibilities: - Support IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives across multiple industries - Perform AS-IS / TO-BE assessments of IT and IT/OT processes and operating models - Contribute to project and programme management, including planning, coordination, and risk management - Develop strategic roadmaps and management deliverables to support decision-making - Produce analytical reporting and dashboards for performance monitoring
PMO on a multi-year project structured on vertical streams and numerous stakeholders for a major player in the Italian market.
