Currently working as head of controlling of the international business for Dedalus, a software multinational Company, after 7 years in KPMG - in the M&A line of business -, a master degree in Economics and Finance and 2 study abroad experiences. As head of controlling, I'm involved in the multiple activities, among which monthly profitability and KPIs monitoring, business plan, budget and forecast preparation, coordination of local teams for each of the 9 sub-regions, cash monitoring and forecasting, working capital management. In my previous experience, I have been involved in numerous M&A transactions, both buy-side and sell-side for italian and international players. Clients were mainly represented by PE houses but I also often worked with corporate teams, ranging from small-medium entities to public multinational companies. These experiences allowed me to gain a strong expertise in the financial analysis, in the team working and in project management.
I am responsible for project management both from an organizational point of view, managing the work team directly reporting to me and coordinating the additional teams of professionals involved in the deal, and in terms of project execution. Constant interaction with clients and c-level executives of target companies.
Significant experience in financial analysis and M&A transactions assistance. Main activities included: - Financial Due Diligence (both buy-side and sell-side); - Understanding of business trends and financial KPIs; - Business plan preparation and review; - Financial modelling; - Forecast achievability analysis; - Price adjustments and SPA negotiation assistance.
