Cost analysis and tracking trough the overall projects and functions with the scope to: - Identify and introduce synergies (i.e. proto/PVS car reduction, multi objective development sessions…); - Activity lead time reduction and synchronization/parallelization; - Development Partner integration in order to optimize co-engineering process and reduce the project costs. Resources allocation tracking on projects, to ensure the correct spam of control between internal and external expenditure, and the overview of the work load in the single Organizational Units. Project and investment expenditure tracking to guarantee the budget respect. Project Team organizational coordination in order to ensure procedures and documents standardization.
