Duties and Responsibilities included: -Responsible for managing customer accounts. -Worked on a team of 15 people ensuring a high standard of customer service was being delivered. -Communicated with a range of individuals, answering any questions they had about their accounts. -Used a variety of computer systems and CRM systems. -Completed a range of administration tasks. -Achieve the required targets and KPIs.
Duties and Responsibilities included: -Face to face sales for energy suppliers. -Communicated with a range of individuals in the community. -Responsible for closing sales and deals. -Advised customers on the latest deals and tariffs available to them. -Assisted customers with bills.
